Oh sweet one, be in your body. Be in your body when you eat. Be in your body when you move. Be in your body when your feel. Be in your body when you connect with us. Be in your body as it is the vessel in which receives the higher frequency energy. It is the vessel that indeed changes to integrate and sustain the new level of light. It is the vessel that has the energy system that radiates out to all, that nourishes all, that supports all in the lifting that is occurring right now.

So honour the body. Love on it in all ways. Honour and love the parts you love now. Honour and love the parts you have found challenging to love. Forgive yourself for being hard on it and yourself in return. Love yourself for who you are now and who you are becoming. Be love. Give love. Receive love. You are love dear ones and can be nothing but in truth.

So on this day love all parts of you. Celebrate the strength in your arms to hug and hold another. Celebrate the lips, the throat and voice for sharing with other kind words. Celebrate the belly you have, regardless of shape for it carries your creative center, it carries the womb of creation regardless of whether you are female or male. Love your legs that carry your around. Love your back for holding you tall. Love your feet that connect you to the earth below, allowing the exchange of energy and love.

On this day be the love. Love all of you. Love all the parts seen and unseen. Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Love it all. Send that love that is now filling you up, as it overflows, to all those around you. To each person, to each animal, plant, insect and to each stone. Send your love to all. Know that there is nothing in truth but love, the frequency of love that is The All, The Creator, that which you are in truth. Just love. The love of creation, in you, through you as you. Love.
