Episode 53
I tuned into the field this morning and what I felt was a lot of energy… but not a lot of stability.
And today, I want to talk about what that actually means —how it might be showing up for you,
why it’s happening, and how to work with it in a way that keeps you grounded, clear, and moving forward.
So if you’re ready to join me take a moment to arrive into your body… into this space… and be open to receive exactly what you need.

What I’ve been noticing, as I tune into the field is that there’s a lot of energy moving down, in and through our bodies but a lot of it is staying in the upper chakras — in the upper part of our bodies… in our heads.
It feels to me like a floating sensation, really filled with energy… almost electric.
And it also feels a little unstable. There’s a kind of unsteadiness to it.
There’s a lot of energy streaming into the planet right now…into our body but not a lot of stability within the body.
So how might this be showing up for you?
You might be feeling a lot of energy coursing through your system — feeling “on”… activated… but not very grounded.
You might walk into a room and forget why you went there.
You might have a list of things to do… but then misplace it… or forget about it all together
You might even forget to eat.
You’re in it…but you’re not grounded in it.
It can feel like you’re moving…but not actually landing anywhere.
You might be receiving lots of downloads right now — insights, activations — but you’re not actually following through on them.
You might write them down, but that’s as far as it goes.
You might be experiencing heightened states…maybe even slight disorientation… or mild confusion.
There could be a sense of disconnection — like you’re a bit out of your body.
And this last piece…
The energies can feel really good.
And sometimes… being in those energies is more exciting… more pleasurable… more interesting… than facing the reality we’re in right now, especially as we navigate all of the change and waves moving through our collective field.

So what feels important to ground here is how we’re interpreting what we’re experiencing.
Because there can be a common misinterpretation — that this heightened state… this surge of energy… is alignment… or expansion. And sometimes… it is. But sometimes, it’s something much more physical than we think.
Sometimes it’s the nervous system being activated.
Sometimes it’s overloaded — where we’re not actually able to stabilize or integrate the energy.
And sometimes… it’s partial embodiment. You know, we’ve been on our path… doing the work… and then suddenly we feel this surge… this heightened state…and it’s like…
“Ah — I’ve arrived.” But that’s not necessarily what’s happening.
So this is a moment for discernment. To ask yourself: what is actually happening in my BODY?
Because this is the important part — and often the overlooked part.
Stability is not a bad thing. Stability is not less spiritual.
Being grounded in your body is not regression. It’s not moving backwards.
And the big one… Your body needs to come with you.
We’re not leaving our bodies. We’re not moving away from them. This is the point of Embodied Soul — soul in the body. (pause) Not soul floating somewhere outside of us.
But our bodies can only handle so much at a time. We’re moving through this in incremental steps — taking in more light… integrating it… and then stabilizing at that level.
Which is why it’s so important right now…
to listen to your body.
to feel into it.
to nourish it.
to move… and let the energy move through you.
and to drink water.
All of the practices you already know become even more important right now, because your body is doing the heavy lifting.
The energy many of you are feeling is an influx — from everything happening around us —
shifting us forward… waking us up… propelling us forward. But we can only handle so much.
We need to integrate it. We need to digest it.
If you think about eating a big meal and then immediately trying to do something intense, your body feels off — because it hasn’t digested yet.
The same thing happens with energy. You’ve taken something in but your system hasn’t had time to process it yet.
If you don’t give your body time to integrate what you’re receiving, it becomes much harder to move forward — even if you feel activated or inspired.
But when you do allow that digestion, that’s when things actually start to move. That’s when action becomes clear… simple… and so much more efficient.

So as you notice the energy — the wobbles… the floatiness…you can gently hold this:
You don’t have to come down to come in.
So what do I mean by that?
I mean you don’t have to shut off the energy…or make yourself smaller. You can enjoy the energy — I love the energies. But you do need to let it come into your body — to actually land in you, instead of just staying around you or above you, where you can feel it… but not actually use it.
To ground it into your lived experience.
So that you can actually BE it.
And remember… it’s safe to slow the energy down. If you’re feeling sharp… prickly… achy… wired… uncomfortable…if it feels like too much… you can ask your guides… your soul:
“Can we slow this down a bit”
Because sometimes what feels like expansion is actually your body saying:
“Whoa… slow down. This is a bit much.”
And that’s not going backwards.
You can actually slow down… to speed up.
When your body feels safe — not overwhelmed… not bracing — it can integrate the energy more fully, and that’s what allows you to move forward more quickly.
Integration is where things land.
It’s when your body has time to reweave… to rebalance…that things begin to move with more ease. That’s when the ideas flow. That’s when action becomes clear. That’s when things actually start to move faster.
And one more thing. Just because you feel the energy doesn’t mean you need to act on it immediately. Even though many of us are wired to do exactly that.
This is an invitation to do the opposite.
To slow down.
To integrate.
To let your system catch up. Because when you do act, it becomes clearer… refined… and efficient.

So if you’re feeling a lot of energy right now, but not a lot of stability, this isn’t something you’ve done wrong. This isn’t a mistake. It’s just an invitation to come back into your body. To slow things down enough that your system can actually receive what’s here.
And maybe just notice today…
Where am I feeling ungrounded? Where might I need to come back into my body? And what would it look like to let the energy actually land, instead of just moving through me?
Because that’s where things begin to change. That’s where things begin to stabilize.
And that’s where you can actually move forward — in a way that feels clear… steady… and real.
