After you make the purchase, you'll receive a separate email with instructions on how to book your session. 

In the email following your booking, you'll receive a Zoom link to our private video session.

There is nothing that you need to do specifically prior to the Activation. The Activation is more about being open and allowing of the energies and information  to interact with your energetic field and cellular structure.

Note that you only receive those energies and that information that are for your highest good for your healing and evolution.

All the energy and frequencies are directed to you by your Higher Self or Soul Self and it's important to know that you ALSO have to give permission consciously in order for it to be received. We have free choice when we incarnate, so nothing is done to you, or received by you unless you say "yes" to it.  

SETTING A PERSONAL INTENTION:

With the above said, you are encouraged to set a personal intention to incorporate into the Activation.  I recommend that you reflect, or meditate on anything you're looking to shift, or bring into your life experience. 

By setting a Personal Intention to can help focus the energy & light language transmission to support you specifically in that way.

However, no personal intention is required.

If you're not sure of an intention, here are a few examples. Set the intention to receive:

• healing on an issue that’s currently manifesting in your life experience.
• guidance about something you're looking to create or birth in the world; or a future plan / business / endeavour
• emotional support in a particular circumstance.
• guidance about a decision or question.
• inspiration for a new direction or change in your life.
• more peace & joy [enter in anything you want to feel more of] regardless of what's happening in your life. (e.g. reduced stress and worry.)
• to open further to my Divine Connection to live my most fulfilling and joyful life.

Your Higher Self or Soul Self always guides the interaction of every transmission, so having  a specific focus for the transmission is just and added bonus. 

I've been guided by my Team to set an overarching Intention for each Activation I do, so even if you choose not to set a specific personal intention we'll discuss my intention at the beginning of our Session as well. 

Know that as you allow and invite, the Light Language will always communicate and interact with you in the highest way that is most helpful and enlightening for you in the moment you receive it, and when you choose to listen to it again.

When we arrive on our Zoom Session together, you can expect the following:

• Introductions and review of the intentions for the Activation (Bring your Personal Intention for the Session - See "How can I prepare for my Activation"
• I'll facilitate connection with our Teams and Guides through a brief meditation process.
• I'll channel through the Light Language Activation that is specifically attuned to your requirements for your healing, growth, and evolution, including what's needed to fulfill your Personal Intention as applicable.
• After the transmission, we'll have a few minutes for you to share your experience, and to ask any questions you may have.

Light Language is the language of your Soul and it works directly with your energy field and cellular structure. This means when you listen to and receive a transmission you are undergoing a major shift in your consciousness. 

This means you may be feel or experience some ‘detox’ symptoms like headache, tiredness, feeling lightheaded. You may have aches or pains in parts of your body. You may feel tingles, vibration or ringing in your ears after the session. Don’t be afraid, this is natural and normal, and is all a part of the cleansing of old stuck energy within your cells and is a sign that you're "upgrading" (woohoo!)

To support you after the session:

1 - Be sure to drink more water than usual

2 - eat a lot of fresh fruits & veggies, ground in nature, take a Epson salts bath or go swimming, ground in nature

3 - listen to your body! You may be called to move your body, or you may be called to rest, relax and sleep. Trust your internal guidance and do what feels good for you.

Finally, when you shift energetically, you can expect shifts in the world reflected around you. This could mean changes in your body, health, jobs, relationships, where you live, friendships.  Remember that EVERYTHING is HAPPENING FOR YOU!

Light Language is often called the language of the Soul. It’s not English or any other language that we know or understand. It’s sound, vibration, frequency that speaks directly to our energetic field and our cellular structures. It can allow us to easily release thought patterns, beliefs, structures that have been keeping us feeling stuck and it also can activate within us dormant codes and information about who we are and about those skills that we have brought with us into this life to utilize now.

When you listen to a Light Language or energy transmission know that there’s nothing to figure out. If your mind starts to question and get active, just gently allow the thoughts to move off to the side and remind yourself that it’s energetic and you can just relax and receive the encoded information that comes through the tones and sounds.
